Terms of Use for This Review Site
This page sets out the terms on which this website may be used. It is worth being precise about what the site is: an independent review of BetBeast and of online gambling generally. It is not the casino, it is not operated by the casino, and it provides no gambling services of its own. An earlier version of this page carried a casino’s own terms and conditions — fourteen sections about registering an account, making deposits, claiming bonuses, anti-fraud measures and dormant accounts. None of that applies here, because none of it happens here.
1. What this site is, and what it is not
This is a review site. It records what can be verified about an operator — the licence number in circulation, the companies named as running it, the terms its bonuses carry, the limits third parties publish — and explains how casino games and their published figures work. It holds no player accounts, accepts no deposits, processes no payments and offers no games. If you play at an operator, the contract is between you and that operator, and its terms govern it, not these.
2. How this site is funded
The partner links on this site are affiliate links: if you register through one, this site may receive a commission from the operator it leads to. Two consequences are worth stating plainly. The commission exists whether or not an assessment is favourable, and nothing here is written to order — where a figure could not be verified, the page says so instead of repeating it. And an affiliate link may route you to different operators depending on the country you open it from, so the destination you reach may not be the casino described on these pages. Check the name, the licence and the terms on the site that actually opens before you deposit anything.
3. Accuracy, dating and sources
Everything here is a snapshot, and on this brand the sources disagree with each other: the welcome package is advertised at several different figures, the operator is named as more than one company, and the launch year is given as 2022, 2023 and 2025 depending on who is writing. Where a page states a figure it names where that figure came from and the date it was checked. Where nothing could be verified, the page says that rather than filling the gap with a plausible number. Bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, limits, payment methods and licence details change without notice, and the only version that binds you is the one shown in your own account when you accept an offer.
4. Age and eligibility
This site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if it is higher, to use the links on it. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions — in Australia, for example, online casino play is not permitted and local regulators block such services — and knowing the law that applies to you is your responsibility. Nothing here is an inducement to gamble where gambling is not permitted.
5. Responsible gambling
Gambling costs money on average: every game described here has a house edge, and no strategy, system or bonus removes it. A wagering requirement of 35 times a bonus inside seven days does not change the odds; it guarantees you will meet that edge many times over before the money becomes yours. If you gamble, treat the money as spent on entertainment, set a limit before you start, and use the deposit, loss and session limits a licensed operator is required to provide. If your gambling has become a problem, self-exclusion at the operator and a national helpline will do more than any article, and this site has no support desk of its own to refer you to.
6. If you are in dispute with the operator
Nothing on this site can recover money for you, and nobody here has access to any account. What can be set out is the route that exists: keep your records, write to the operator company rather than to brand support, quoting the account and the amount; complain to the regulator named in the footer of the site you played on, after checking that number in its own register; and ask whoever processed your deposit about the chargeback window, which is counted from the transaction and not from the day a problem starts. 7. External links and third-party material
This site links to operators, regulators, game studios and other third parties, and quotes figures published by review sites and regulators. It does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their terms or their availability. Several sites trade on the BetBeast name without being the operator, and at least one of them states licence details that have lapsed; where this site quotes them, it says so. Game names, logos and trademarks mentioned here belong to their owners and are used to identify what is being discussed.
8. Content on this site
The text, structure and original images here are this site’s own work and may not be republished wholesale. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine. Figures sourced from third parties remain attributable to them, and anyone reusing them should check them at the source rather than trusting this page.
9. Limits of liability
This site provides information, not advice, and no outcome of gambling is predictable. It cannot be held liable for money lost gambling, for an operator’s decisions about an account, bonus or withdrawal, or for a figure that changed after publication. If an operator’s terms and this site disagree, the operator’s terms are the ones that bind you.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may change as the site does; the version published here is the one in force, and material changes are dated. Corrections are welcome and are the fastest way to improve a page: if a figure here is out of date or wrong, write to the address in the footer and say which page and which figure.
